Hello Wood Memorial Primary Families!
On behalf of myself and the staff, we welcome you to the 2023-2024 school year. This year brings a new and exciting adventure!
While I am the new administrator for the Wood Memorial Primary School, I am not new to the corporation. This will be my 12th year in this district. I began as a Title 1 Aide and then moved to 2nd & 3rd grades, and finally was the assistant principal/interim principal for the JR/SR high school.
I am honored to work with such a dedicated and talented group of faculty and staff. They work tirelessly to ensure that all of our students have the opportunity to become successful. Creating warm, inviting learning environments is a priority for our team of teachers.
Our goal at WMPS will be to instill in our students that we treat all in our community with kindness and respect, compassion and empathy so that they can become successful members of our community. Our students will thrive and become their best self through a learning environment that promotes relationships, individuality, creativity, and rigorous learning.
